Location: Hybrid – GTA, Ontario, Canada
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to acquire and retain NovoCard users.
- Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Oversee partnerships, influencer marketing, and community engagement to drive user adoption.
- Optimize customer acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze marketing performance data and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Build a team of marketers, content creators, and growth specialists.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and growth, preferably within fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of scaling digital financial products.
- Expertise in digital marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, and user analytics.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
